Reports To:              On-site Supervisor 

Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of tasks at different job sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Able to perform various job tasks as assigned
  • Assisting site supervisor with all functions
  • Willing to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Must be able to concentrate on the task at hand
  • Must have the ability to understand and communicate information
  • Available for out of county travel
  • Ability to communicate with individuals that are physically/mentally challenged
  • Answering the telephone, taking concise messages, and providing clear and correct information
  • Perform any and all duties incidental to the position

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory duties.

  1. Must have a valid Driver’s License, clear Criminal Background and Adult Protective Services check.
  2. Must have dependable transportation with minimum liability vehicle insurance as established by the Board of Directors.
  3. Must be 18 years or older
  4. Must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination and endurance
  5. Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools
  6. Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures

Education and/or Experience

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Language Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.  The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 to 75 pounds.
