Welcome to MountainHeart Community Services Inc.’s Child Care Resource and Referral website for Region V.  I encourage you to take the opportunity to explore the website and view the many different services and resources that we offer to families, children, child care providers and the community. 

Region V is comprised of Barbour, Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Lewis, Mineral, Morgan, Pendleton, Preston, Randolph, Taylor, Tucker and Upshur counties.  Within Region V, we have office sites located in Elkins, Grafton, Martinsburg, Petersburg and Weston.

Our mission is to meet the diverse needs of parents, children, providers and the community through comprehensive, family-friendly services.  The services are designed to encourage members of our community to become child care providers, empower families and ensure that quality child care for all children is a continued priority.
